The northern Sri Lanka food can be a bit different than the food in the rest of Sri Lanka. One dish that is very special for Jaffna is Odiyal Kool. It is a spicy seafood soup and very traditional northern Sri Lanka food. Let’s give it a try! After the meal we also went to Rio Ice cream, a very famous ice cream restaurant in Sri Lanka and the original branch is the one here in Jaffna.
