We will share the whys, hows, and examples of Passive House design and building in the United States. This presentation will provide a good baseline for those new to Passive House and will include the latest updates for those wanting a refresher.

About the Presenter
Philip has been a practicing architect in Chicago for 16 years. He was the Project Architect for Landon Bone Baker on Chicago’s first Multifamily Passive House project, the LUCHA Tierra Linda 6-Flat in Humboldt Park. At Figure Ground, he's been focused primarily on upgrading our existing building stock through Deep Energy Retrofits for single family homes & large multifamily housing.
