Visiting Yazd & Shiraz, Then... | Van Life Iran | The Hippie Trail #43

With Yazd and Shiraz, we visit our first real desert cities in Iran.
Yazd is a small city where walking around is pleasant. We mostly enjoyed the atmosphere here over a cup of coffee, visited the water museum and tasted the local, vegan (!), baklava!

On the way to Shiraz we make two obligatory stops: Naqsh-e Rostam and Persepolis!

The next city, Shiraz, did not impress us as much. Maybe because this was the city too much? Back here, we mostly wandered around the city, enjoyed the park around Hafez's tomb and saw friends again, seven months after we had said goodbye
