Sabaneta Antioquia Colombia - Walking Around Two - Gringo Colombia Travel 2020

Curious Perro is taking a walk around Sabaneta, Antioquia Colombia as the town prepares for Day of the Little Candles (Spanish: Día de las velitas) which is celebrated on December 7, on the eve of the Immaculate Conception. Sabaneta derives its name to the diminutive "sabana" is also known as the Municipio Modelo de Colombia ("Model Municipality of Colombia") or the Vallecito de Encanto ("Charming Little Valley"). This video walk is split into two parts. Walk with me and take in the charm of this quaint bedroom community located in the Aburrá Valley just south of Medellin. We take a look at Iglesia de Santa Ana and Parque Sabaneta plus the area around them.
