The House Committee on Justice has declared the third and fourth impeachment complaints against Vice President Sara Duterte as “sufficient in substance.”


Before this, lawmakers debated on the alleged misuse of confidential funds and tackled the video in which the Vice President supposedly threatened President Bongbong Marcos, the First Lady, and former House Speaker Martin Romualdez.


A notice will be sent to Duterte, giving her 10 days to respond.


Her camp says the matter is now under review.
