ICG Ship Rani Abbakka performed yoga against the sacred backdrop of Tamil Nadu’s coastline, while ICG Ship Shaurya led a tranquil "Yoga at Sea" session, showcasing the Indian Coast Guard's commitment to holistic well-being and discipline.
