Children, young people and adults with a learning disability and behaviour that challenges should have the support they need to live within their communities. This means local areas will need to focus on prevention and early intervention, as well as increasing support for families and carers. The NICE guideline on Learning disabilities and behaviour that challenges: service design and delivery makes evidence-based recommendations to support practice in these areas.
This webinar offered an opportunity to hear more about this guideline and its recommendations, and included:
