This is the rescue pigeon that won't leave, no matter how we tried to free him. He's a pet now.

Here, you see how he likes to sit in a pillow and be pet.

We toss him outside every morning for exercise, and after an hour or two be always comes back home. We know to let him in when he scratches at the window. That homing instinct is pretty cool.

Also, he's quite a character, and Luna the Labrador is always keen to make sure we know where the bird is.
