Lever arms (jammer arms if ya nasty) can pretty much mimic any machine you find in the gym. There are limitations of course, but they're insanely valuable if you know how to use 'em.

My old setup had my lever arms attached directly to my cable tower, so I could easily "hack" the lever arms to do a ton of additional exercises. With my current setup that's no longer an option, so I found the perfect solution!

Obviously not everybody has the same home gym setup as me, so odds are you won't be replicating this exactly, but I hope this can give you some inspiration!

High rows are there major draw here, but since filming this video I've continued to do seated rows and chest press with the cables and absolutely love them.
