Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Mango Loaf Cake:
-Aam (Mango) chunks 1 & ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp
-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour)
Prepare Icing:
-Icing sugar ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp

Directions:
Prepare Mango Loaf Cake:
-In a blending jug,add mango chunks & blend well to make a puree (1 cup) & set aside.
-In milk,add vinegar,mix well & let it rest for 10 minutes.Buttermilk is ready!
-On a bowl,place a strainer,add all-purpose flour,cornflour,baking powder,baking soda & pink salt,sift together,mix well & set aside.
-In another bowl,add cooking oil,buttermilk,mango puree (1 cup),caster sugar,vanilla essence & whisk until sugar is dissolved.
-Add dry ingredients,fold gently & whisk well until smooth.
-On greased 7x3 inches loaf pan lined with butter paper,pour prepared batter & tap few times.
-Coat a dough cutter with all-purpose flour & dip its tip in the center of cake batter to make a line.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 55-60 minutes or until skewer comes out clean (convection mood).
-Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Prepare Sugar Glaze:
-In a bowl,add icing sugar,milk,vanilla essence & whisk until well combined & transfer to a piping bag.
-Drizzle prepared sugar glaze on cake,cut into slices & serve!

Prepare Mango Loaf Cake:
-Blending jug mein mango chunks dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lei (1 Cup) & side per rakh dein.
-Doodh mein sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 10 minutes kliya chor dein.Butter milk tayyar hai.
-Bowl mein strainer rakh dein,maida,cornflour,baking powder,baking soda aur pink salt dal ker ek saath sift ker lein phir ache tarhan mix ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Alag bowl mein cooking oil,butter milk,mango puree (1 cup),bareek cheeni aur vanilla essence dal dein aur cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Dry ingredients dal ker gently fold karein aur smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-7x3 inches loaf pan greased & lined with butter paper per tayyar batter dal dein aur few times tap karein.
-Dough cutter ki tip ko maida mein coat karein aur cake batter ka upper line bana lein.
-Preheated oven mein 180C per 55-60 minutes kliya bake ker lein (convection mood).
-10 minutes kliya thanda ker lein.
Prepare Sugar Glaze:
-Bowl mein icing sugar,doodh aur vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Tayyar sugar glaze ko cake ka upper drizzle ker lein aur slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
