Our guest, Markéta, from the Czech Republic shares how she was guided to work with Ayahuasca so that she could better her life. She had been feeling much anxiety and was aware of unhealthy behaviors in her life that she needed to work on. She approached the preparation process with respect and diligence that served her well within the ceremonial healing process. She gradually went deeper with each ceremony, allowing Ayahuasca to show her what she needed to see and release what was not serving her. She came out feeling incredible and a new sense of vitality and inspiration for her path forward.
