4 slices ginger
2 cups shoyu
1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp mirin
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 sprigs green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds for garnishing
