Sri lanka Green Beans curry

Much simple ingredients, very quick preparation steps .. yet a fulfilling curry. Coconut based tropical flavors rich curry. Pairs well with Rice and Roti. Give it a try and let us know how it turned out. We would love to hear your feedback.

Ingredients:

300g Green beans, sliced into 1 inch long
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seed
1 tsp cumin Seeds
2 no Dry red chili
5 to 7 Curry leaves
1 no Onion medium (finely chopped)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 cup Water


Onion Ginger garlic paste:
3 cloves Garlic
1 no Onion small, Roughly chopped
1 inch Ginger


Coconut Cashew paste:
2 tbsp Grated coconut OR 2 inch coconut piece
5 nos Cashew nuts
2 tbsp Water

Garnishing:
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
