INGREDIENTS
-2pcs chopped onions
-1head chopped garlic
-2pcs chopped red tomatoes
-1.5Kilo gizzard
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-3Tbsp soy sauce
-4Tbsp oyster sauce
-"half" of 250g pack tomato sauce
-2Cups sprite
-about 1 and 1/2cup water (add more water as needed to cook the gizzard until soft and tender)
