Zoetis failed in their attempt at making an arthritis drug for human, so turned on our innocent pets. their drug is doing the same damage and more.
The human arthritis drug, tanezumab, developed by Zoetis, was ultimately not approved for human use due to concerns about the risk of Rapidly Progressive Osteoarthritis (RPOA). While it was approved for use in the European Union under the name Frunevetmab, development for human use was halted due to safety concerns. Frunevetmab is Solensia now used on cats. The canine version of the drug, bedinvetmab (Librela), was approved for use in dogs. clearly no further tests were done to fix these issues as they are doing the same to our pets as they did in humans.
