Emerald Finance is a fintech company with two business segments.

The first is a traditional model where they operate as DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) for banks. They have partnerships with 40 banks and NBFCs across India and help in disbursing loans on their behalf.

In this offering, Emerald partners with corporates to provide their employees with an advance of up to 50% of their monthly salary. The repayment is facilitated by the employer, who deducts the loan amount directly from the employee's salary.

1. Sales grew 38% YOY
2. Margins improved to 79% from 70%
3. Net profit grew 75% YOY


Angel One Limited is a prominent Indian retail stock brokerage firm headquartered in Mumbai. Established in 1996 as Angel Broking, the company rebranded to Angel One in 2020 to reflect its digital transformation and commitment to technology-driven financial services.

The company's mobile application is equipped with features like basket orders, GTT (Good Till Triggered) orders, advanced charting tools, and SmartAPI, catering to both novice and experienced traders.

The company has announced its Q2FY26 results, and the following are the key highlights:

1. Total Client Base Grew 25% YOY
2. Gross Client Acquisition grew 12% QOQ
3. Market Share In India's Total Demat Increased To 16.5%
4. Revenue grew 5% QIQ
5. Margins improved to 35% from 24%
6. Net profit grew 10% QOQ
