ELECTRIC ORANGE
Formed in 1990, Electric Orange exploded onto the scene as a four-piece with more voltage than the national grid and a habit of turning every gig into a controlled detonation. From the start, they made it clear: this wasn’t just music—this was a high-energy, neon-soaked experience.

They hit the gig and festival circuit hard, fast, and constantly on the edge of breaking down—musically and mechanically. Their van, a barely legal metal box held together with duct tape, stickers, and hope, became a moving landmark on Britain’s roads. Inside: amps stacked like Jenga, half-eaten service-station sandwiches, and a band permanently hyped on adrenaline, petrol fumes, and questionable decisions.

Over the years they dropped three EPs, each one louder, sharper, and more unhinged than the last. Festival crowds loved them. They became a circuit favourite, the kind of band that could roll up late, pile out of the van looking like they'd slept in a tumble dryer, plug in, and instantly blow the roof off the tent.

From mud-soaked fields to sticky-floored clubs, Electric Orange brought chaos, colour, and sheer electric joy everywhere they went. Road tours blurred into all-night afterparties, which blurred into sunrise soundchecks, which blurred into yet another gig where they somehow played even better than the night before.
