Stage effect will cause the enemies to summon a struct when destroyed. Similar to the ones from CO9, structs will self-destruct when they get close to a teammate and deal AoE damage to all parts equal to their maximum HP. The structs have over 7k HP so most STs will dead or almost dead with all parts broken, so we need to do something about the structs.

The main key for this fight is that for some reason, dying not from an ally's attack doesn't summon struct. So if they die due to Eileen's burning terrain they won't summon the struct, greatly reducing the stage's difficulty. So you want to reduce their HP low enough so that they'll die from burning terrain.

Bring pilots with assault weapons, since all of the enemies have high single-part HP. Other weapon types have much lower total damage per attack. Marcus as usual is a great pick (not like there's a stage where he's not a great pick anyway), as the enemies have high HP so his ability to Re-ATK without having to kill is great. Kaidan is also great here, while he needs to kill the Re-ATK, he works well to clean up the structs that are already on the map from the start. But watch your positioning so that his talent doesn't accidentally kill the enemy when his turn starts.

What if you don't have Eileen? Lucia can apply burning terrain but the AoE is just sad so she's not recommended. I'd say if you don't have Eileen then skip this stage altogether until 1.2 and you've progressed R&D far enough that you can overpower the stage. At this point you're not really locked from progression even if you slack on SB outside of higher quality y6 chips.
