Galaxy's Edge Droid Wake-Up Mod

Droids from Galaxy's Edge will go to sleep after 5 minutes of inactivity. The only way to wake a sleeping GE droid is to power it off and then on again. For R-unit droids this is not much of a problem as the switch is easily accessible. For BB-unit droids this is a bit more of a hassle as the droid's shell must be opened up, the power switch cycled, then the droid must be reassembled.

In this video I demonstrate a modification that can be made to your BB and R-unit droids that will allow you to wake the droid up from sleep simply by flipping it upside down.

The tilt switch used in this mod is an SW-520D. This can be ordered online through sites like eBay, Amazon, and aliexpress.
