ImMaxX1 is currently participating in my Discord server contest, which involves creating small prompts, and he's made it to the semi-finals. All of their entries have been really good, so I was hyped to check out this new solo level by them when I saw someone recommend it. It's on the same level of quality as those entries, which is impressive considering the difference in length. They have 31 Creator Points, but I've somehow managed to avoid seeing much of their work before this. As a result, this is pretty much my first real introduction to a full level by ImMaxX1.

This level is named after its song, Accelerate by Acid-Notation, which is pretty intense. The level's visuals match that very well. There are lots of effects in the backgrounds and foregrounds that synchronize well to the song, both in movement and pulses. The level does stick to its red, black, and white color scheme very strictly from start to finish, which I'm not the biggest fan of normally; the level does end up very monochrome in color. However, I have to say that ImMaxX1 did a good job of making a monochrome level look interesting thanks to effects. In the future, though, I hope to see more colorful works by them too.

As for the gameplay, well, it also matches the visuals and, by extension, the song; there's a lot of very fast parts requiring a lot of clicks in a short amount of time. This starts at 0:40 in particular and lasts until 1:07. After some practice, I did get it down pretty well, and it does get rather consistent. I don't have any particular complaints about my experience playing it. However, whether you will enjoy this depends on how you feel about the fast clicking, as well as the intense colors; there's an epilepsy warning at the start, which makes sense. If you don't mind these things, this is a banger level to play. I think this deserves an Epic Medium Demon rating.
