Madeira - The Atlantic paradise (Alvaro Saez) | Cinematic Travel Video

Cinematic travel video of our trip to the beautiful volcanic island of small stone coves of Madeira, in August 2019, chosen as the best island destination in the world according to the World Travel Awards in 2017.

We visited the capital, Funchal, a beautiful city of white houses, Pico Arieiro and Pico Ruivo at 1,861 meters, Cabo Girão whose cliffs cause authentic vertigo, the Paúl da Serra plateau, with spectacular views of valleys and mountains, the natural pools of Do Seixal, Porto Moniz and Doca do Cavacas, the levadas of Caldeirao Verde, Green Cauldron and Do Rei, the Laurissilva forest, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, among others.
