All reits in general have not been doing well in recent months due to high interest rate. First Reit is one of the few reits that has nursing home and hospital which are meant to be considered more "Safe".

However, even though they are in a safe industry, they are still priced quite risky with dividend at 10% yield. In this video, we will go through their history that resulted in their downfall and what risk are there when investing in them.
