Sandra Beasley is the author of Count the Waves, I Was the Jukebox, Theories of Falling, and Don’t Kill the Birthday Girl: Tales from an Allergic Life. Awards for her work include the Barnard Women Poets Prize and a National Endowment for the Arts fellowship. She lives in Washington, D.C.

Kim Moore’s first collection The Art of Falling (Seren, 2015) won the 2016 Geoffrey Faber Memorial Prize. She won a Northern Writers Award in 2014, an Eric Gregory Award in 2011 and the Geoffrey Dearmer Prize in 2010. She is currently a PhD candidate at Manchester Metropolitan University.
