"I'm Not Lisa" by Tanya Tucker is a touching song about feeling sad because someone you love doesn't feel the same way. The singer talks about trying to be with someone who still thinks about another person named Lisa who left a long time ago. Even though the singer doesn't look like Lisa, they promise to stay with the listener until they feel happy again. The song shows how much the singer cares and wants to be accepted for who they are. With its sad words and slow music, "I'm Not Lisa" reminds people of the pain of loving someone who doesn't love them back and wanting to be understood.
