-3 tbsp of dry flour mixture (separated before adding oil)
-¼ tsp turmeric powder
-Water as required
For Stuffing:
-2 medium-sized boiled potatoes (grated)
-3 tbsp roasted gram flour (or roasted chana powder)
-1 medium onion (finely chopped)
-1 green chili (finely chopped)
-½ inch ginger (finely chopped)
-1 tsp coriander powder
-½ tsp roasted cumin powder
-½ tsp dry mango powder (or lemon juice)
-½ tsp red chili powder
-½ tsp black salt
-½ tsp regular salt
For Frying:
-Oil as required
