After a series of mysterious events, the only question that will remain in your mind is, were they real? Witness the story of a lonely woman trying to overcome her grandmother's wishes and her new job as a night manager in a motel.

SPOILER: I just reached ending 1 and 2. To get ending 3 you need to collect all baseball cards and interacted with a mailbox, before getting on the bus from the motel on last day. If you have done that a signed baseball bat has been sent to you, that you can pick up beside your front door. After that the protagonist will automatically use it to defénd theirself.
