Hai guys today's easy recipes:
Chinese's chicken recipe in indian recipe and fried chicken from The Brown Shade

Ingredients:
For marination:
-Curd 1/2cup
-Pepper 1 tsp
-Salt as required
-Pinch of garam masala
-Mix well and add
-Add 450 grms chicken
-1/2 lemon juice

Flour mixing:
-All Purpose Flour or maida
-Corn flour 3 tsp
-Garam masala 1/2 tsp
-Red chilli powder 2 Tsp
-Salt as required
-Mix well

For Manchurian fry
-Oil 2 Tsp
-Chill sliced 3
-Spring onion 1/4 cup
-Soy sauce 1tsp
-Tomato sauce 2 Tsp
-Saute well and serve
