Referrals are important in any sales process especially when selling services in homes. The cost of a marketed leads can be great when it comes to HVAC, plumbing, roofing, windows, alarms. landscaping, construction and solar or any other home service. The conversion on a referral is typically greater then a marketed lead. One of the best in home sales techniques is to ask for referrals because they can be easier to close. Going back and getting and talking to the buyer will always cost less and you can check in on your sale to make sure everything was delivered. It is easier to overcome objections when the sale come from a warm buyer. Closing referrals takes just as much work as a marketed lead but there is a better chance of trust faster. If you want to know how to get more referrals for your business... you ask for them.
