3/4 cup (180ml) evaporated milk
1 cup (240ml) water
2 large eggs
2 tbsp (30ml) melted butter
1 1/4 cups (250g) granulated sugar​
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp (22g) baking powder
1/4 tsp (1.5g) salt
