I am excited to make a video to inform you about a loan that you can apply for if
you are a veteran called the VA loan. What is this loan? How can this loan apply to you? Well in this video I explain what a VA loan is and how you can get one and what qualifications you may need for a VA loan. Stay tuned!

Alright, so today I would like to inform you about a loan called the VA loan, which is an acronym for the Department of Veteran Affairs. The VA loan is a loan that can apply to veterans with certain qualifications to possibly get better deals on home insurance and mortgage. The VA
loans are financed by the VLB, which is also an acronym for the Veterans Land Board, and can
be visited at the link below.

However, in order to apply for a VA loan, you will have to meet certain qualifications when
applying for a mortgage. When you apply for the mortgage, it has to be purchase only and you
would have to label the property as a primary residence. In addition to marking the property as a
primary residence, you would also have to live in the property for a total of three years in order
to satisfy the VA loan qualifications. The type of property should also be marked as a single
family home, condo, town house, or a manufactured home.

There are numerous ways to provide a payment method to a mortgage, and you do not always
have to stick to one type of payment method. For example, you could take part of the loan as a
conventional loan, and the other half as a VA loan which could be a better deal to your
mortgage. Keep in mind however, the down payment may vary with each type of loan. FHA and
conventional loans can have varying costs while VA has a zero down payment cost on the

mortgage. In addition if you are a disabled veteran you can apply for a discounted rate to further
