ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, which describes the tingly, sometimes chills-like relaxing sensation you might experience around your head and down your back when someone whispers in your ear. It might mimic the same sensation as someone playing with your hair.

I design my audio-focused ASMR videos to help you relax, focus, study, and/or fall asleep. As a highly-sensitive person who experiences ASMR myself, I try to create content that I myself would enjoy. Some people, like me, only experience ASMR with a binaural, ear-to-ear, or 3D sound type of recording. It was important to me to first gain the means of recording such sound before I started my own ASMR channel. As a new ASMRtist, I am open to suggestions for future videos.
