How to enable second sim card on LG V40, G8, G8x, V50s, Velvet, Wing single-sim cards model

UPD for any LG you need to choose FTM DS with NT CODE FFF,FFF,FFFFFFFF,FFFFFFFF,11" (EA, EEA, EU) that the profile of the second sim card will be generated SW_DEFAULT, sim 2 does not work on ROW profiles, and if you choose FTM from Canada you will have ROW profile and sim 2 will search network forever

Please note, if I missed something or if additional manipulation is needed for a certain model, I'll supplement this later. I've given you a framework, any help in testing and development is welcome
