This 60 min advanced/intermediate power yoga flow is for those who are looking to take their practice to the next level. However, this video has enough modifications that it is also great as an overall full body lengthening and releasing class for anyone thats familiar with yoga.

Take what you need from this class. From headstands, shoulder opener to hip emphasize postures, In this class will get you moving, strengthening, and challenging yourself like never before. Make sure to have fun and remember to smile.

Please remember to be patient with yourself. As you push yourself, listen to your body and its limitations & please BE CAREFUL not to go past your own practice level. Yoga is a journey and where you are is perfect and exactly where you need to be. Challenge yourself through gentle physical challenge, concentration, and acceptance. Be ok with where you are in each pose. Don't rush it.

However, sometimes the practice of slowing down is exactly what we need. Sometimes moving with care and attention is more beneficial to our practice than moving quickly.

Just breath, let go, and have a little fun with it. ;)
