Tutorial on how I make hangers for round duct work, on how I set up a system to make a lot of them, and a video of me making a bunch of hangers afterwords. In the HVAC sheetmetal install trade this method is commonly allied a lollipop hanger. A lollipop will work for many different sizes.

Tools needed to make these hangers are: linesmen pliers, pressure clamp pliers, impact drill, tape measure, 5/16 hex head self tappers, and a sharpie.
