Super Mutant Head Location

Wanna do 50% extra damage to super mutants and -15% damage from super mutants.
Then you need this 1 star legendary mod
"Mutant Slayer".

But, to be able to make this mod, you need a super mutant head
(and 15 legendary modules)

This video shows the location of a super mutant head.

So if you get a 2 or 3 star instigating weapon and attaches this Mutant Slayer Mod, it should do some cool extra XP to the grinding at the WestTek facility.
