This video shows how I resolved an engine light code and a gas cap light on at the same time. This issue had a code of P0457 that would come and go for 7 years. I would get it inspected when it went away on its own. After 7 years, it stayed on and would not go away. After replacing the vent valve, I drove the car about 25 miles on three different trips, and the engine light went away on its own, so I could get it to pass inspection. I bought the part on Amazon for $45.
