In this video, I share my journey of landing my first internship at CRISIL. I begin by talking about my college life as a B.Com student and how I was inspired by successful individuals who made it to top B-schools. Initially, I took up an unpaid internship at an advisory firm on the sales side, but soon realized the workload was too much to balance with my studies. So, I decided to seek opportunities at a larger multinational company that offered a better work-life balance.

While scrolling through LinkedIn, I discovered an internship opening at CRISIL and decided to apply. During the interview, I was asked about my introduction, interest in the internship, and career aspirations. I candidly shared that I was still exploring my career path but was eager to learn. Surprisingly, this honest approach impressed the selection committee, and I successfully passed the aptitude test.
