At St Patrick’s Mental Health Services, we offer remote access to our services, which means they take place through phone, video and online technologies.

If you are an inpatient, you might also attend some programmes or appointments through remote access.

Remote appointments are also available to people attending our community Dean Clinics.

Our remote services are designed so that you have the same access to and interaction with our team as you would through in-person services.

You will be fully supported in getting set up with the technological channels being used in your remote care.

This video gives you a short overview of how you can get started with your remote appointments and explains some of the terminology and services you might hear of while accessing remote care.

Our Service User Information Technology Support (SUITS) team can help you with technical queries around remote care, including any further information on the terminology used around remote care.
