Prices pulled from TCG at the time of recording and reduced by 25-40% to account for pre-release hyped (shocklands and reprints at only 5-10% reduction).

Pre-release cards are intentionally discounted in my spreadsheet to reflect realistic post-hype values

Only non-bulk rares, mythics, and special foils/variants are counted toward EV.
