a very basic overview of tapes & their players in lofi / ambient / formless music. in this one i try my best to present some formats and what to expect when getting into the wonderful world of tape. i mostly wanna give you some enthusiasm to try this wonderful forgotten medium yourself and mix it in your work for some wonderful lofi aesthetic. in the next one we'll touch on tape loops a bit more.
