In this video, Josh will be doing an oil change for the upper end of a 2017 15HP Four Stroke Suzuki Outboard. This oil change is easy to do, it just takes some more time to take off the side cowling and replace the oil filter. We also forgot to include that you can run and warm up the outboard so that the oil will flow better while draining it. Make sure to change the seal around the screw when you change the oil. Of course, you don't have to, but that's what the owner manual recommends. This is also an excerpt from the owner's manual about how often to change the oil filter on this type of outboard: "The Engine oil filter must be changed by an authorized Suzuki Marine Dealer periodically. Replace engine oil filter with a new one at initial 20 hours (1 month). Replace engine oil filter with a new one at every 200 hours (12 months)."

I wouldn't recommend buying the oil filter from Amazon but I included the link just in case some of the other websites close or something happens. The other links are way cheaper for buying the filter and I once again recommend that you search around on the internet to look for the company/website/price you wish to buy the filter at.
