Volume 6 represents the start of season 2 of the Made in Abyss manga, as Riko, Reg and Nanachi descend down from layer 5 into layer 6 and encounter Iruburu, the mysterious village of the hollows. In part 2, we see the fallout of the balancing, meet Faputa and get a few cryptic hints as to the mysteries to come.
