Wanting to upgrade my laptop that was never opened since it was bought new 5 years ago, I came across this problem with one of the screws. It was turning empty and out of reach to be pulled of. The service shop authorized by the laptop's producer couldn't extract the screw to gain access to the laptop's internal components other than by braking open the case and replace it which would have been too expensive to accept. So, I decided to do it myself and record doing it. It's the actual process that was a success at first attempt.
