Butter Chicken Short: Easy Recipe to Make it at Home!

Learn how to make delicious butter chicken at home with this easy-to-follow recipe!

Step 1: Marination: Marinate chicken with lime juice, dahi (yogurt), ginger-garlic paste, salt, haldi (turmeric) powder, and garam masala. Let it rest for an hour.
Step 2: Gravy Preparation: In a pan, add oil and whole spices (cumin, dried red chili, fennel, bay leaves). Add sliced onions, tomatoes, cashews, and green chilies. Season with salt, cover and cook, then blend into a paste.
Step 3: Cooking the Chicken: Roast the marinated chicken in a pan with butter until it's cooked.
Step 4: Final Assembly: In a separate pan, add butter and the blended gravy paste. Add spices (kashmiri chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, sugar) and mix well. Add the roasted chicken and finish with garam masala and kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves).
