NORD 弹簧加压制动器几乎不需要维护。但是，必须定期检查并调整摩擦盘或制动盘的气隙。必要的时候，还需更换磨损的摩擦盘。

重要提示：当 NORD 提供整套制动电机时，已在工厂进行了气隙调整。如果作为零件订购制动器，则必须在现场调整气隙。一切调整过程都必须在制动器组装到电机上并切断电源（制动器闭合）后才可以执行。
