ingredients:-
Dates- 200g,1¼ cups,7 oz
Cashews- 50g,⅓ cup, 1.75 oz
Almonds-50g, ⅓ cup, 1.75 oz
pecans- 50g, ⅓ cup, 1.75 oz
Dried cranberries- 30g, ¼ cup, 1.05 oz
pine nut-50g,⅓ cup, 1.75 oz
Honey- 2 tbsp, 40g
Chocolate - 300gm, 1¾ cups, 10.5 oz
tips:
• This recipe is really easy to adjust.
• If the mixture feels too loose or sticky, just add a few more crushed nuts to firm it up.
• And if it feels a bit too dry or crumbly, add a little extra honey or dates paste — just a spoon at a time.
• Mix well and feel the texture with your hands... it should hold its shape, not fall apart. Trust your hands — they’ll tell you when it’s just right.
• If you don’t have a mould, no problem — just shape it by hand.
• Coat it with melted chocolate, or skip the chocolate and use desiccated coconut, sesame seeds, or crushed pistachios instead.
• Use any nuts or dried fruits you have at home — just mix and make it your own!
