Q : What is the law of will?
Ans : Will is an important testamentary instrument through which a testator can give away his property in accordance to his wishes.
Q : What is the principle of a will?
Ans : A will is a written document in which you state how you want your property distributed after you die. A person who makes a will is called a “testator”. It also allows you to nominate an executor, who is the person responsible for making sure your wishes are met.
Q : How do you prove a will is valid?
Ans : Section 63 mandates that the Will should be attested by two or more witnesses each of whom has seen the testator sign or affix his mark to it or has seen some other person sign it in the presence and on the direction of the testator, or has received from the testator a personal acknowledgement of his signature or mark,
Q : Can a will be challenged in court?
Ans : It can always be challenged before the court of law.
