Here is my complete updated guide to Welt! His delays are invaluable and provide a niche that stays relevant even in 2.1 with Acheron Welt. I go through Welt's best builds, relics, planar ornaments, light cones, and explain how his delay works and why it makes him a sustain help despite being a DPS. His build includes 2.0 relics and the new 2.1 planars as well as Acheron's best Light Cone.
