Autodromo Nazionale Monza is a 5.79 km (3.6 mi) race circuit near the city of Monza, Italy. Constructed in 1922, the circuit was the world' third purpose-built race track, after Indianapolis (USA) and Brooklands (UK). The Monza Circuit is known throughout the world as the Temple of Speed for motor sports.
