材料 (4人) - Ingredients (4 ppl):
炸魚 - Fried Fish:
魚柳(白魚魚柳, 如鱈魚) Fish fillet (white fish fillet, such as Cod) - 4塊 (pcs)
麵粉A (Flour A) - 100g
麵粉B (Flour B) - 100g
啤酒(白啤) Beer (Blanc) - 200ml
蛋黃(可以不加) Egg yolk (optional) - 1個
白醋(入噴壺) White vinegar (into sprinkling can) - 適量 (TT)

薯條 - Potato Chips:
馬鈴薯/薯仔 (Potatoes) - 2-3個 (pcs)

他他醬 - Tartar Sauce:
蛋黃 (Egg yolk) - 2隻 (pcs)
芥末醬/芥末粉 (Mustard sauce / Mustard Powder) - 1tsp
油 (Oil ) - 200g
酸黃瓜 (Gherkins) - 20g
酸豆 (Capers) - 20g
白酒醋/白醋/檸檬汁 (White Wine Vinegar / White Vinegar / Lemon Juice) - 1-2 tsp
鹽和黑椒 (Salt and black pepper) - 適量 (TT)
